All invoices expire after the 24 hours. We reserve the right to reject or refund payment for orders paid after this period. Please send proof of payment when its done.

Warranty: For new units, an official manufacturer warranty is provided. Please check the warranty rules from the manufacturer's official website.

Refunds & Exchanges: We do not provide refunds or exchanges for units purchased from us. Any machine issues need to be taken up with the respective manufacturer. If you want to re-sell your units, please contact us and we will do our best to resell your units.

Delays: We do not offer any refund or compensation or will be held responsible for any delay due to manufacture, seller, or transporting company.

That the package will be sent from seller through transportation company and will be considered in costumer’s hands the moment it received by the transportation company. In most cases, product will be shipped within 2 business days after payment is received. The company does not offer shipping insurance. If the costumer wants insurance on their shipping package he/she has to contact the company about it otherwise company will not be liable in any case.
